Your PuRe™ Pet is grown at a high-tech DNA lab facility and fed with the FINEST ingredients to ensure healthy and proper growth of each pet! Here are some of the questions we receive:
Q: How can I guarantee that my PuRe™ Pet is authentic?
A: Each PuRe™ Pet comes with a UNIQUE Registration Serial Code that is provided to them when they purchase their pet. Owners of PuRe™ Pets can then register their pets on this website. We keep records of EVERY PuRe™ Pet that is ever grown by us.
Q: What if I trade someone for their PuRe™ Pet?
A: If you ever trade someone for their PuRe Pet™ and aren't sure if it is authentic or not, ask the person that you are trading for their PuRe Pet registration code. Contact us with the code and we will verify the code for you to see if it is real or not!
Q: How do I register my PuRe™ Pet?
A: Currently we are working on an automated-system since our website is pretty brand new! Until then, all registration will be done manually by our STAFF members. After receiving your unique registration code from the PuRe™ Pet that you bought, contact us and we will register it for you!
A: We are open Monday - Sunday: 7:30am - 9:30pm PST (But you can always try to contact us. If we are awake, we will deliver your pets NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY it is :)
A: We sell PuRe™ Pets and we mostly deal with Legendary Megas and Neons. BUT we have access to every pet in the game. So if there is a pet that you don't see in our shop, you can submit a Custom Order and we will get the pet for you! We can get ANY pet for you.
A: Contact our STAFF and submit a list of pets that you would like and we will reach back to you with a price quote ASAP.
A: Usually delivery is INSTANT. However there are times when there may be some delays but maximum time it takes a pet to be delivered is 1 Business Day.
A: Currently we are accepting Venmo, and Stripe. The only way we accept PayPal is if you send money in the form of "Friends & Family" mode.
A: Sorry our store does not trade for pets at the current time.
